Chandler Parsons signs Mavs offer sheet at a club

Restricted free agent Chandler Parsons agreed to a three-year, $46 million offer sheet with the Dallas Mavericks on Wednesday night, and he signed it at a club.

The small forward who was arguably the league's most underpaid player is about to be a very rich man, and he celebrated the occasion with his family and Mavs owner Mark Cuban. Parsons' mother, Terri, captured Parsons and Cuban appearing rather pleased about this development:

On Thursday afternoon, Dallas reportedly submitted the offer sheet to the Houston Rockets. Houston has 72 hours to match. Parsons should already be back to work by then:
