Clippers' Hedo Turkoglu is out for Game 6 with back injury
Los Angeles Clippers' reserve forward Hedo Turkoglu is out for Game 6 after suffering a back injury in Game 5.
During Game 5 of the series between the Los Angeles Clippers and the Golden State Warriors, David Lee was making a strong move toward the hoop with Hedo Turkoglu defending him. Turkoglu jumped in the air to defend the shot as Lee cleared out with an elbow and getting called for an offensive foul. The clear-out by Lee caused Turkoglu to fall hard to the ground and he landed on his back.
Turkoglu was down on the ground for a while before being helped off the court. He suffered a bruised lower back injury and has been ruled out of Thursday night's Game 6.

Turkoglu joined the Clippers after being waived by the Magic in January. In 38 games with the Clippers this season, Turkoglu is averaging 3.0 points and 2.3 rebounds in 10.2 minutes while shooting 38.5 percent from the field. He has played in all five playoff games for the Clippers in this series, averaging 3.2 points and 1.0 rebound in 8.2 minutes. He is shooting 46.2 percent from the field.
