Eye on Basketball Podcast: Kevin Love traded, Kevin Durant sits

It's a late podcast Thursday night and we're going with a solo pod. Before jumping into your questions, I'm talking about Kevin Love trade between the Minnesota Timberwolves and the Cleveland Cavaliers that has been agreed to in principle. The Cavs went from one of the best teams in the East to the favorites in the East by bringing in Love. Can they make it work defensively? Will the offense be too much for opponents and negate defensive woes? Is this the best move the Wolves could have done with Andrew Wiggins, Anthony Bennett, and a first round pick? What should they do moving forward?

Then Kevin Durant shocked the world and USA Basketball by withdrawing from Team USA. What does this mean for the FIBA World Cup in Spain? Is this simply because of the Paul George injury or is he really drained mentally and physically? Is Team USA still the favorite in the tournament? Will they go big? Can Stephen Curry and Derrick Rose carry the team? Is Spain now knocking at the gold medal door?

Then it's question time in which we talk about Sharknado, what the Indiana Pacers should do this season, Gordon Hayward vs. Chandler Parsons, best Rock movie roles, and much more.
