We're one week away from the start of the 2013-14 NBA regular season, which means it's time to start guessing whether or not the teams will hit their projected win totals. We started with the Eastern Conference in the last episode and move to the Western Conference in this episode. Matt Moore joins me to go over whether or not each team in the West can beat their Vegas/sportsbook over/under win total.

Are the Utah Jazz going to be much better than their very low over/under odds? What do we make of the Dallas Mavericks, Minnesota Timberwolves, New Orleans Pelicans, and Portland Trail Blazers? Is an 11-win dropoff for the Denver Nuggets outrageous or should it be even more? Do the Los Angeles Clippers finish with the top record in the West? Should the Golden State Warriors and Oklahoma City Thunder have the same over/under number?

We discuss all of those odds, plus the Sacramento Kings with DeMarcus Cousins, how weird it is to find the Los Angeles Lakers so low, and much more.
