Lakers' Jordan Farmar out four weeks with torn hamstring
The Lakers will be without guard Jordan Farmar for a month because of a hamstring injury.
The Lakers might be close to getting one guard back, but they've just lost another.
The team announced Monday guard Jordan Farmar is out four weeks because of a torn left hamstring.
Farmar suffered the injury in Sunday's game against the Trail Blazers and had an ultrasound to confirm it.
Farmar has performed quite well in rejoining the Lakers this season after spending last year overseas. He's been a big addition to a surprisingly effective bench, averaging 9.2 points, 4.4 assists and 2.2 rebounds in 18 games this season.
