Lakers waive guard Chris Duhon
The Lakers have waived guard Chris Duhon, which is something to help their bottom line.
The Lakers have waived guard Chris Duhon, the team announced Saturday.
By waiving Duhon, the Lakers had to pay him $1.5 million, but save $2 million. Had he not been waived by midnight, his contract would've become fully guaranteed for next season at $3.5 million.
Duhon, 30, averaged 2.9 points, 1.5 rebounds and 2.9 assists in 17.8 minutes over 46 games this past season.
