Manu Ginobili out 3-4 weeks with hamstring strain
Spurs guard injures self during dunk vs. Rockets, will msis several weeks.
The Spurs announced Wednesday that guard Manu Ginobili's MRI revealed a strained hamstring and the wily veteran will miss 3-4 weeks. This is pretty terrible timing for San Antonio, which is already without Danny Green, Kawhi Leonard, and Tiago Splitter due to injury.
Ginobili hurt himself on... kind of sadly... a dunk vs. the Rockets in San Antonio's loss to Houston Tuesday.
So that's not optimum.
Expect a lot more Marco Belinelli in the Spurs' life with this injury, as well as Nando De Colo. The Spurs are set for the rodeo road trip soon. Somehow, they're going to come out of this with an above .500 record, and we're all going to act surprised.
