NBA Finals: Manu Ginobili to start Game 5

SAN ANTONIO -- Gregg Popovich hinted pregame that he might be making a starting lineup switch.

"Maybe," he said in his very Popovich way.

Just a couple letters off as guard Manu Ginobili is starting Game 5 in place of Tiago Splitter.

The Spurs are clearly trying to match Miami's move to go small in Game 4 with Mike Miller starting over Udonis Haslem. In Game 4, Popovich subbed Splitter just 45 seconds into the game to match up.

It also might be an effort to spark Ginobili. The Spurs' sixth man has been painfully bad the first four games, shooting just at 34 percent from the floor.

Popovich said at Sunday's shootaround he wasn't going to be changing his lineup, but obviously that was diversion or he just changed his own mind.

Joining Ginobili is Tony Parker, Danny Green, Kawhi Leonard and Tim Duncan.
