John Wall is reportedly going to be the Washington Wizards' point guard for the foreseeable future.

According to TNT's David Aldridge, Wall and the Wizards have agreed to a contract extension that would pay him $207 million through the 2023 season.

Aldridge reports that Wall's extension will kick in starting in 2019 and will add $170 million to his existing five-year deal.

Since Washington drafted him with the No. 1 overall draft pick in 2011, Wall has become one of the best point guards in the NBA. He averaged career highs in points (23.1), assists (10.7) and steals (2.0) last season, making his fourth All-Star team and earning his first All-NBA selection.

After signing Otto Porter to a four-year, $106 million contract earlier this summer, the Wizards now have control of their young core (Wall, Porter and Bradley Beal) at least through the 2021 season.
