Russell Westbrook out Monday (knee) vs. Nuggets
Thunder guard out as part of standard operating procedure despite knee tweak over the weekend.
Thunder coach Scott Brooks announced Monday that guard Russell Westbrook who tweaked a knee over the weekend will not play Monday vs. Denver but will play Tuesday in the back to back vs. the Mavericks. The Thunder reported Saturday that there were "no new issues" with Westbrook's knee.

This is pretty standard operating procedure for the Thunder who have held Westbrook out the front end of back to backs before since he came back from arthroscopic knee surgery following offseason surgery to repair a torn meniscus.
