Thunder guard DeAndre Liggins arrested on domestic abuse charge
Thunder guard DeAndre Liggins has been arrested on charges of domestic abuse.
According to Oklahoma City police, Thunder guard DeAndre Liggins was arrested Saturday on charges of domestic abuse.
Liggins is being held on complaints of domestic assault and battery with a dangerous weapon as well as domestic abuse in the presence of a minor, an official said.
Liggins, 25, is on a non-guaranteed contract and averaged 1.5 points and 1.4 rebounds last season in 39 games with the Thunder.
Via KOCO-TV, general manager Sam Presti released this statement:
“We are in process of gathering more information and have no further comment at this time.”
