If you've been on the Internet recently, you know all about the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. The challenge is to douse yourself in a bucket of ice in helping bring awareness and charitable donations to research toward stopping ALS. You accept the challenge or you decline and donate money. Once you accept the challenge, you then nominate any of your friends or peers in a way to "pay it forward" with the challenge.

USA Basketball took on the challenge after Wesley Matthews challenged Stephen Curry. Curry got his teammates  James Harden, Rudy Gay, DeMar DeRozan, James Harden, DeMarcus Cousins, and Kenneth Faried to join him in accepting the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. Curry also went big by challenging Barack Obama, Oprah, and NBA commissioner Adam Silver.

As of August 12, the ALS Association has raised $4 million, over 3.5 times what they were able to raise a year ago in the same time period. It's all over Vine and Instagram, as well as YouTube videos.
