Remember when Kawhi Leonard was struggling?

It feels ages ago now, but before the San Antonio Spurs swingman's 29-point outburst in Game 3, one of the main storylines in the NBA Finals was his relatively disappointing performance.

Yeah, you can throw all that out the window now. 

Leonard has eight points, eight rebounds, two blocks and a steal at halftime in Game 4, and the Spurs lead the Heat 55-36. This has been total domination, and Leonard capped it all off with a flying putback dunk late in the second quarter:
