VIDEO: Manu Ginobili and Russell Westbrook exchange crazy 3s

More postseason coverage: Playoff schedule, results | Latest news, notes

Game 3 of the Western Conference finals has been kind of crazy. Oklahoma City Thunder big man Serge Ibaka made his first five shots, looking like himself after an injury that was supposed to keep him out for the playoffs, and there have been 12 lead changes before halftime.

Manu Ginobili has 20 points in the first half for the San Antonio Spurs, none bigger than his ridiculous three-pointer near the end of it. Not to be outdone, Russell Westbrook launched a deeeeep three at the buzzer. The Thunder point guard had struggled for most of the night, but after that one dropped he had a line of 12 points, five assists and four rebounds. If he can build on that, Oklahoma City has a great shot of earning its first win of the series.

The Thunder lead 57-53 heading into the third quarter.
