VIDEO: Tim Duncan sinks game-winner to drop the Hawks
Tim Duncan? Yep, still got it.
I really think if this Tim Duncan guy keeps working, he could be pretty good one day.
Playing against the Hawks on Monday and the game tied 100-100, the Spurs ran a basic pindown for Duncan who got a clean look at a jumper from the elbow and splashed it with 0.4 left on the clock.
And then went in Duncan strut mode, or at least as much as Duncan allows himself to do.
Luckily though for the Spurs, Derek Fisher doesn't play for the Hawks, so they were able to hold on, 102-100.
Oh, and that game-winner was just punctuation on a throwback 23-point, 21-rebound performance for Duncan as he led the Spurs to their 15th win.
