VIDEO: Was David West's foul on LeBron James flagrant?

When LeBron James drove to the basket in the fourth quarter of Tuesday's Game 2, Indiana Pacers bruiser David West fouled the Miami Heat superstar. Hard. This is a common occurrence with James, and it's hard to know how to call it. He's so strong that it usually doesn't look as bad as when this sort of thing happens to other players. 

The referees reviewed the film and determined it was not a flagrant foul. Could have gone either way.
