When will the Miami Heat's winning streak end?
Lead Off's Doug Gottlieb thinks the Miami Heat deserve a place in the NBA's list of the best teams of all-time because of the squad's historic 27-game winning streak.
When will the streak end?
The Miami Heat have been the best team in the NBA since the All-Star break, bringing their winning streak to 27 games -- second-best in NBA history, trailing only the 1971-72 Los Angeles Lakers, who won 33 straight.
Miami's historic run has sparked numerous debates regarding the team's standing in the NBA's list of all-time squads. Lead Off's Doug Gottlieb says that no matter when Miami's streak concludes, it will reserve a place in NBA history.
"If anything, this streak should be more celebrated than any other streak prior," he said.
Gottlieb also offered his thoughts as to when he thinks the Heat streak will end.
Miami is in Chicago to face the Bulls Wednesday night.
