| Thomas still struggling to score: After missing practice on Thursday due to an eye infection, Bobcats F Tyrus Thomas was able to play Friday against the Bulls. He scored two points and hauled in five rebounds in the 95-64 loss. He went 1 for 5 from the floor while playing 23 minutes as a starter. | Thomas continues to start for the Bobcats but now that Corey Maggette has returned from injury, he could be headed back to the bench. He is averaging just five points with 5.6 rebounds and 1.6 blocks in his last five contests, and is shooting a lowly 23 percent over that span. While he showed last season that he has a place in Fantasy, owners should leave Thomas for deeper formats until he starts producing more consistently. (Updated 02/10/2012). |
