Redd's injury status confirmed : Michael Redd, expected to miss two weeks, had his original diagnosis of a strained tendon in his left knee affirmed by a doctor, Bucks coach Scott Skiles said. He'll be evaluated at the end of next week. "We're hoping that it's on the short end rather than on the long end, and we'll know a lot more when they look at it again," Skiles said.

Advice

Redd tore two ligaments in the same knee on Jan. 24 and missed the rest of last season, but said he felt healthy and stronger than ever coming into training camp. Redd scored nine points in 23 minutes against Detroit on Saturday night before leaving in the third quarter. He underwent an MRI on the knee on Sunday.
