Flyers' Lecavalier Scores Twice Vs. Jets
by null None | null
Lecavalier ended a seven-game scoring drought Sunday, potting two goals in a win over Winnipeg. The 34-year-old now has four goals and eight points in 19 games, to go with a minus-4 rating. While he still has some gas left in the tank, the fourth-liner has been too inconsistent to be depended on in most fantasy formats right now. He's looked better of late, though, and is one to monitor, because if he catches fire, he could be worth adding in some deeper formats.

Flyers' Lecavalier Has Lower-Body Injury
by null None | null
Lecavalier is dealing with a lower-body injury, Renaud Lavoie of TVA Sports reports.Given that Lecavalier has been a healthy scratch for five consecutive games, it stands to reason that he suffered the injury at some point during a recent practice. Though the severity of the ailment isn't known, it certainly won't help his case for getting back into the lineup anytime soon.
