| Mason to have surgery: Yahoo.com reported on Sunday that Wizards guard Roger Mason Jr. will miss the remainder of the season with surgery on an injured finger. Mason will finish the season with 5.5 points and 1.3 rebound per game averaged in 52 minutes per game. The Wizards are expected to waive the veteran. (Updated 04/15/2012) |

| Mason is a free agent at the end of the season and will be 32 years old by the start of next season, so it is probably fair to wonder whether he is going to be able to find work again. Watch where he winds up next season, however he is unlikely to have any Fantasy value no matter where he plays, so do not target him on Draft Day. (Updated 04/15/2012). |
