Warriors' Shaun Livingston: Scores four points off bench in Game 1 loss
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Livingston scored four points (2-7 FG) and added three rebounds and one assist across 21 minutes during Monday's 108-102 Game 1 loss to the Thunder.

Livingston has come off the bench during the Warriors' last two postseason games with Stephen Curry (knee) returning to the court. Unsurprisingly, the move to the second unit has resulted in a drop in minutes and production for Livingston, who is now averaging 10.5 points, 4.3 assists and 3.4 rebounds across 24.8 minutes in 11 games during the playoffs.

Warriors' Shaun Livingston: Gets ejected in second quarter during Monday's Game 4 win
by RotoWire Staff | Special to CBSSports.com

Livingston played just 12 minutes and finished with four points (2-5 FG), three rebounds, one assist and one steal before being ejected in the second quarter of Monday's 132-125 overtime win over the Trail Blazers in Game 4 of the series.

Livingston's run as a viable DFS value pick is likely over, as Stephen Curry (knee) returned to action and finished the night with 40 points, including an NBA-record 17 points in the overtime period. It was Livingston's early ejection that opened the door for Curry to step back into the spotlight, and it's expected that Curry will take back his spot in the starting lineup in Game 5. While starting the first four games of the series, Livingston averaged 8.8 points (on 42.4% shooting from the field), 5.3 assists and 3.5 rebounds across 24.8 minutes.

Warriors' Shaun Livingston: Dishes out double-digit assists in Game 3 defeat
by RotoWire Staff | Special to CBSSports.com

Livingston produced five points (2-4 FG, 1-1 FT), 10 assists and three rebounds over 25 minutes in Saturday's 120-108 Game 3 semifinal round loss to the Trail Blazers.

With Draymond Green and Klay Thompson taking 51 shots between them, Livingston's shot attempts reached in a new low during his currrent string of starts in place of Stephen Curry (ankle). The veteran guard had taken no less than eight shots in any of the Warriors' prior postseason games, but played the role of facilitator to this talented teammates Saturday. It was the 30-year-old's first game with double-digit assist totals in the playoffs, and his third with single-digit scoring. Livingston will head back to a reserve role as soon as Game 4 if Curry's increasingly probable return for that contest comes to fruition.

Warriors' Shaun Livingston: Scores 16 points on eight shots in series-clinching win over Rockets
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Shaun Livingston recorded 16 points (7-8 FG, 2-2 FT), three rebounds, and three assists in 28 minutes during the Golden State Warriors ' 114-81 win against the Rockets in Wednesday's Game 5.

Livingston filled in well once again for the injured Stephen Curry (knee), and the Warriors walloped the Rockets to move on to round two. Through five games in the first round, Livingston averaged 13.2 points (on 59 percent from the field) to go with 4.8 assists, 3.6 rebounds, and 1.2 steals in 27 minutes. Livingston is likely to start at least a game or two in the second round while Curry continues to recover, which will likely make him a solid DFS option whenever the next series arrives.

Warriors' Shaun Livingston: Contributes 16 points in second straight start
by RotoWire Staff | Special to CBSSports.com

Livingston filled in for Stephen Curry (ankle) for a second straight game, tallying 16 points (6-13 FG, 4-4 FT), five rebounds, three assists and three steals over 30 minutes in Thursday's 97-96 Game 3 loss to the Rockets.

The veteran guard made a key defensive play late in the game that could have led to a Warriors win, stealing a pass from Trevor Ariza that led to an Ian Clark layup that put Golden State up 96-95 with 10.6 seconds remaining. Although James Harden's subsequent heroics essentially nullified that play, Livingston put together a second consecutive strong effort in Curry's absence. He was able to match his Game 2 scoring total, and although his assists saw a slight dip, the 30-year-old was more active on the glass Thursday and also played his typically solid defense. Even with Curry hopeful for a Game 4 return Sunday, Livingston will undoubtedly continue serving as an integral part of the second unit.
