Hill revived his somewhat dormant Fantasy value under D'Antoni a couple of seasons ago and a move to the Knicks would give him a chance to remain viable in Fantasy. Follow his situation in the offseason before making a decision on him this fall.

F Grant Hill is getting heavy courting from the New York Knicks, who have offered the veteran more money (a portion of the mid-level exception) and a starting spot at small forward under former coach Mike D'Antoni. But Hill, who has made over $100 million in just basketball salary in his career, has expressed a desire to remain in Phoenix where his family is settled and his kids are already enrolled in school for this fall. Hill, who is the only Sun to play in all 82 games last season and has a close bond with Phoenix head coach Alvin Gentry, would be the starting small forward. 79//2009

Hill's agent, Lon Babby, said on Friday that Hill decided to remain with the Suns rather than sign with the Celtics o Knicks.

Advice

Babby said during a conference call that the deal is for two years, the second at Hill's option, and he will be paid $3 million in the first year. Hill has played the last two years for the Suns and averaged 12 points in 2008-09 while playing in all 82 games for the first time in his 14-year career.
