No doubt the Eastern Confrence has 3 of the best 4 NBA teams. Let's take a look at 'em. First, the Cavs. The Cavs have King James, Mo Williams and the best record in the NBA. I think they can make it to the Finals. Next, the Celtics. With KG out the Celtics might slip, but Big Baby Davis has been stepping up lately, but think they'll make it to the second round. La

So you are gonna leave Portland as the 5 seed, even though they are tied for 3rd and own the tiebreaker against the spurs? Why not update it to make it as realistic as possible?

Im loving the fact that the Pistons are sitting at the 8th seed. Hopefully, they dont eben make the playoffs this season. Regardless, Detroit has been a pain in Orlando's side for as long as I can remember. I doubt the Magic will be seeing the Pistons in the playoffs at all as Cleveland will surely oust them.

The Magic are only a game behind the Celtics for the 2nd seed in the playoffs. Boston still has the Cavs this weekend so it is possible the Magic and the Celtics end up tied. They split the season series so what is the second tie breaker? I think home court will be very important as it was last year.

Denver and Portland both finished 54-28, and they split the season series 2-2. Therefore Denver wins the division with a 12-4 division record to Portland's 11-5. You've got the teams right in the standings, so why is Portland listed as the 2nd seed in the playoffs matchup?

Unless the Pistons somehow manage to climb their way to 7 and the Magic get the 2 spot. I'm a Detroit fan and all but I don't think Orlando would have anything to worry about.

As things stand, the only way the Magic would play the Pistons before the conference finals would be if Cleveland and Boston both lost in the first round. Even if Detroit beats Cleveland in the first round, which I doubt, they'd have to beat Boston in the second round, which I also doubt, to get to Orlando for the finals, assuming Orlando wins the first two rounds. Cleveland vs Miami and Boston
