SEATTLE -- The Seattle SuperSonics completed a series of front office moves Saturday, including the hiring of Scott Perry as an assistant general manager.

Earlier in the week, the Detroit Pistons said on their website that Perry, the team's former director of player personnel, was expected to assume his new role in Seattle when contract details were finalized.
Perry was hired by the Pistons as a college scout in 2000. Before that, he was coach at Eastern Kentucky for three seasons.
Seattle also announced that Rich Cho would remain with the organization as an assistant general manager in charge of contracts and the collective bargaining agreement. Cho is the only holdover from Seattle's previous management.
"Rich's experience, skill and knowledge will prove to be invaluable to me and the operation as we continue to develop this team," new Sonics GM Sam Presti said.
Former general manager Rick Sund was reassigned in April. Seattle also fired director of player personnel David Pendergraft and head scout Steve Rosenberry this week.
