Szczerbiak misses game to be with wife as she expects child

CLEVELAND -- Wally Szczerbiak missed Cleveland's game against Minnesota on Friday night to be with his wife, Shannon, who is expecting the couple's third child.

Szczerbiak was acquired on Feb. 21 in an 11-player trade that also included Chicago and Seattle. In three games with the Cavaliers, he is averaging 11.7 points.

Szczerbiak could also miss Sunday afternoon's home game against the Bulls.
