MILWAUKEE -- Dwight Howard had 25 points and 11 rebounds to lead the Orlando Magic to their franchise-record 24th road victory with a 103-86 win over the Milwaukee Bucks on Friday night.
Rashard Lewis added 16 points and seven rebounds, and Carlos Arroyo had 13 points and nine assists for the Magic, who improved to 24-13 on the road. The team was 15-26 last season.
Mo Williams finished with 18 points and five assists for Milwaukee, which lost its third straight game and ninth in 10 games.
Michael Redd was just 3-for-16 from the field and had seven points. The Bucks shot 34 percent for the game.
Howard scored 14 of his points in the first quarter and Orlando used a 14-0 run in the period to set the tone. The Magic led 60-43 at the half and the Magic put the game away with a 13-2 run in the third.
Howard started the run with two baskets and a 3-pointer by Hedo Turkoglu gave Orlando a 69-47 lead with 8:58 left.
After a basket by Williams, Turkoglu hit another shot before Arroyo hit two free throws and a field goal for a 75-49 lead with 6:13 remaining. Full story
Raptors 103, Knicks 95
TORONTO -- Chris Bosh had 29 points and 10 rebounds, Rasho Nesterovic added 18 points, and the Toronto Raptors beat the New York Knicks.
Rasho Nesterovic had 18 points and Anthony Parker added 15 for the Raptors, who won their second in a row after losing 11 of their previous 14.
Starting for the second straight game, Toronto guard T.J. Ford had 10 points and nine assists.
Jamal Crawford scored 26 and Jared Jeffries had 21 points and 10 rebounds for the Knicks, who have won just two of their past 15 games. Quentin Richardson added 20 points and 10 rebounds while David Lee had 15 and 12 for New York.
Wizards 114, Kings 108
SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- Antawn Jamison had 25 points and 12 rebounds for the Washington Wizards, who used a big third quarter to defeat the Sacramento Kings.
The win kept the Wizards in fifth place in the Eastern Conference.
Former Sacramento player Darius Songaila scored seven points in the final 59 seconds to help hold off the Kings. A three-point play by Ron Artest cut the margin to 111-108 with five seconds left, but Songaila made two free throws to help the Wizards secure the victory.
DeShawn Stevenson scored 20 points and made consecutive 3-pointers and followed with another jumper to put the Wizards ahead 106-97 with 3:02 remaining.
Bobcats 96, SuperSonics 93
SEATTLE -- Raymond Felton hit a crucial basket along with a pair of free throws in the final minute to help lift the Charlotte Bobcats to a victory over the Seattle SuperSonics.
Felton hit a 20-footer with 49.8 seconds left to give the Bobcats a 92-91 lead. On the Sonics' next possession, Earl Watson turned the ball over to foil Seattle's chance to respond.
Felton was then fouled with 9.6 seconds left and he hit both shots. Kevin Durant attempted 3-pointer with five seconds left bounced off the rim.
Jason Richardson finished with two free throws with five seconds remaining to seal the win. Luke Ridnour's layin at the buzzer provided the final margin.
