NBA Digital announces live webcast subscriptions for fans

NEW YORK -- Fans can subscribe to a full season of live webcasts of NBA games on NBA.com for the first time without purchasing the TV package, NBA Digital announced Wednesday.

NBA League Pass Broadband will provide access to 40 live games each week, allow for simultaneous watching of multiple games, plus an on-demand archive of games for 48 hours.

Previously, NBA League Pass Broadband was only available as an extension of NBA League Pass, the digital cable and satellite TV package for out-of-market games.

"NBA Digital is committed to providing fans with the most innovative and comprehensive coverage of the game they love by offering more options to follow their favorite teams and players throughout the season," NBA Digital senior vice president and general manager Bryan Perez said. "Whether it is on television or online, NBA League Pass puts the viewing experience in the hands of fans across the country."

A free preview of each service is now available, and more information is available on NBA.com.
