AUBURN HILLS, Mich. (AP) -The Allen Iverson-led Detroit Pistons have cooled off two of the NBA's best teams in less than a week.
Iverson had 23 points and Rasheed Wallace added 21, leading a fourth-quarter surge that gave the Pistons a 96-89 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers on Wednesday night.
LeBron James had led Cleveland to an eight-game winning streak - the longest in the NBA - but he made just eight of 21 shots and scored 25 points.
The Pistons handed the Los Angeles Lakers their only loss, beating them 106-95 Friday night on the road. The Cavs (9-3) are a half-game ahead of the Pistons (8-3) in the Central Division.

MIAMI (AP) - Andrea Bargnani scored a season-high 25 points, Jermaine O'Neal added 16 points and 17 rebounds, and Toronto overcame a huge night by Dwyane Wade.
Wade finished with season highs of 40 points and 11 assists, plus added a career-best five blocks. Since blocks became an official stat, the only other player to have a 40-10-5 effort was Alvan Adams of the Phoenix Suns, who had 47 points, 12 assists and five blocks against Buffalo on Feb. 22, 1977, according to the Elias Sports Bureau.
Anthony Parker scored 19 points, and Chris Bosh added 15 points and 11 rebounds for the Raptors, who blew a 17-point, late-third-quarter lead but ultimately scrambled to beat Miami for the second time in four days.
Trail Blazers 116, Bulls 74
PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - Greg Oden had 11 points, 10 rebounds and three blocks in his home debut for Portland and the Trail Blazers built a 30-point, first-half lead.
Oden, sidelined all of last season by a knee injury after being drafted first overall, entered the game to a standing ovation with 4:28 left in the first quarter, and dunked 21 seconds later. The 7-footer had his third double-double in four games after missing six of Portland's first seven games because of foot injury.
Brandon Roy scored 20 points to help Portland improve to 6-2 in its last eight and 7-5 overall. Chicago has lost four of its last six to fall to 5-7.
