2011 Draft Notes

Round 1 Trades

  • In a three-way trade, the Bucks receive Stephen Jackson, Beno Udrih, Shaun Livingston and the rights to Tobias Harris (the No.19 pick) from Charlotte. The Kings receive: John Salmons and the rights to Jimmer Fredette (the No.10 pick) from the Bucks. The Bobcats receive: Corey Maggette and the rights to Bismack Biyombo (the No. 7 pick) from Sacramento.
  • Spurs send George Hill to the Pacers. San Antonio gets the rights to Kawhi Leonard (the No. 15 pick), the rights to Davis Bertans (the No. 42 pick) and the rights to 2005 pick Erazem Lorbek.
  • Timberwolves send Johnny Flynn and Donatas Montiejunas (the No. 20 pick) to the Rockets for Brad Miller, Nikola Mirotic (the No. 16 pick) and a future first-round pick.
  • The Nets trade the rights to JaJuan Johnson (the No. 27 pick) and a 2014 second-round pick to the Celtics in exchange for the rights to Marshon Brooks (the No. 25 pick).
  • A three-way trade: The Trail Blazers receive Raymond Felton from the Nuggets. The Nuggets get Andre Miller from the Trail Blazers and the rights to Jordan Hamilton (the No. 26 pick). The Mavericks receive Rudy Fernandez from Portland along with the rights to 2007 pick Petteri Koponen.
  • Bulls trade the rights to Norris Cole (the No. 28 pick) and the rights to Malcolm Lee ( the No. 43 pick) to the Timberwolves for the rights to Nikola Mirotic (the No. 16 pick).

Round 2 Trades

  • The Minnesota Timberwolves trade the rights to Norris Cole (the No. 28 pick) to the Heat for the rights to Bojan Bogdanovic (the No. 31 pick) and a future first-round pick.
  • Timberwolves trade the rights to Bojan Bogdanovic (the No. 31 pick) to the Nets for financial considerations.
  • The Cavaliers trade the rights to Jordan Harper (the No. 32 pick) to the Magic for two future second-round picks.
  • Hornets send the rights to Josh Harrellson (the No. 45 pick) to the Knicks for financial considerations.
  • The Bobcats trade the rights to Jeremy Tyler (the No. 39 pick) to the Warriors in exchange for financial considerations.
