LOS ANGELES -- A Los Angeles judge has finalized her ruling rejecting claims by a nanny and chauffeur who worked for Indiana Pacers owner Herb Simon and his wife,

In court documents filed Tuesday, Superior Court Judge Amy Hogue said no objections were filed by the plaintiffs since her tentative ruling on Sept. 13.

Hogue ruled that the billionaire and his former beauty queen wife were extremely generous with nanny Claudia Leite and chauffeur Robert Young.

Leite claimed she was fired because she became pregnant. The chauffeur said he was not paid for overtime and was denied rest breaks. The judge said she didn't believe much of their testimony.

Simon and his wife sat through every day of the three-week trial.
