Bucks match Denver offer to re-sign Mbah a Moute
MILWAUKEE -- The Milwaukee Bucks have resigned free agent Luc Richard Mbah a Moute to a multiyear contract.
General manager John Hammond announced the move Tuesday, saying the Bucks had matched an offer sheet to the restricted free agent from the Nuggets.
Terms of the Bucks' deal were not disclosed, but last week CSN Bay Area reported Denver put forth a four-year, $19 million offer sheet.
The 25-year-old Mbah a Moute averaged 6.7 points and 5.3 rebounds in 79 games for the Bucks last season. He was second on the team in rebounds (420). The 6-foot-8 forward is entering his fourth NBA season.
