Despite great stats, no All-Star nod for Jennings

  •

--Bucks point guard Brandon Jennings is enjoying an impressive season -- 18.9 points and 5.3 assists -- but wasn't chosen as a reserve for the Eastern Conference All-Star team. The reserves were selected by Eastern Conference coaches.

Jennings took the news in stride, tweeting, "Just gotta work even harder now."

Despite being overlooked by the coaches, there is still a chance Jennings could be an All-Star if one of the chosen players get injured.

--Bucks Coach Scott Skiles was ejected in the third quarter of Friday night's game against the Cavaliers in Cleveland. Skiles picked up two quick technical fouls from official John Goble late in the period after Mike Dunleavy was called for a blocking foul. Assistant coach Jim Boylan took over for Skiles.

QUOTE TO NOTE
"I told Brandon, I'll find out. I'll wait here. I'm not going to do it today, but I'll let a little time pass and talk to some coaches who are friends of mine and get some opinions of what they thought. And I'll relay that to Brandon. It will be good to get some feedback." -- Bucks Coach Scott Skiles on point guard Brandon Jennings being snubbed by the Eastern Conference coaches for a berth on the Eastern Conference All-Star team.
