--G Tony Parker is part of the field at the Skills Challenge during All-Star weekend. Parker, an All-Star guard for the West, will compete against Stephen Curry, Kyrie Irving, Russell Westbrook, John Wall and Deron Williams.

--F Eric Dawson was signed to a 10-day contract off the Spurs' Development League team in Austin. Dawson was in his fifth season in the D-League before getting his first NBA call-up. "It's fun to have those kinds of kids that have persevered for so long," Spurs Coach Gregg Popovich said. "He's a kid who's really paid his dues and worked hard."

--F/C Matt Bonner scored a season-high 20 points in Monday's win at Utah. He made 5 of 6 three-pointers along the way. "Matty was great," Tim Duncan said. "Matty was key for us tonight. He was big for us. To be able to spread the floor and hit some shots and continue to score points for us when we really needed it."


--G T.J. Ford (hamstring) tore his left hamstring. He is expected to miss four to six weeks, which could mean a return in mid-to-late February.

--G Manu Ginobili (left internal oblique strain) is expected to be out approximately two weeks, taking him into March.

--C Tiago Splitter (right calf strain) is also expected to miss about two weeks.
