Roster Report

--F Rudy Gay, after sitting out last year's playoffs because of shoulder surgery and after missing a game-winning shot in Game 1 on Sunday, finally got his first playoff win.

"For the last two days, all you could see on ESPN was all the talk about the greatest fourth quarter comeback in NBA history," Gay said. "Losing that way is what brought us together in this game. Hopefully, we can get one or two games in Los Angeles."

--PG Mike Conley's steady, smooth performance of 19 points and six assists, plus 11-of-12 free throws, was easy to overlook because Clippers point guard Chris Paul scored 29 points.

"We just kept attacking and getting in the paint area," Conley said. "We got to the free throw line. We made good decisions with the basketball and we didn't turn it over down the stretch."

--F Zach Randolph bounced back from his 3-of-13 Game 1 performance by going for 15 points (6-of-11 from the field) and eight rebounds, including five offensive boards.

"Zach was Zach tonight," Griz coach Lionel Hollins said.
