MIAMI -- Chris Bosh of the Miami Heat left his team's Eastern Conference semifinal game against the Indiana Pacers with 43.6 seconds left in the first half Sunday with what appeared to be a groin injury.

Bosh was hurt while dunking the ball and being fouled one possession earlier. After making the free throw at one end, he started limping while heading back the other way and eventually fell to his knees in pain.

Ronny Turiaf, who played only seven minutes during Miami's first-round series against New York, came in to replace Bosh, who was Miami's starter at center on Sunday.

There was no immediate word on the severity of Bosh's injury.
