Bucks' Patterson sits out with stomach virus
MINNEAPOLIS -- Milwaukee Bucks forward Ruben Patterson did not make the trip to Minnesota for Friday night's game against the Timberwolves because of a stomach virus.
Patterson had 16 points and seven rebounds in Wednesday night's victory over Miami, but a team spokesman said the Bucks let him stay in Milwaukee to get ready for Saturday night's home game against New Jersey.
Patterson is averaging 13 points and 4.8 rebounds this season.
Charlie Bell replaced him in the starting lineup.
