Clippers' Blake Griffin: Doubtful for Monday vs. Hawks
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Griffin (knee) is listed as doubtful for Monday's game against the Hawks, Dan Woike of the Orange County Register reports.

Griffin has yet to return to full practices, so the Clippers likely don't feel comfortable putting him out there this early, although it's encouraging that he's yet to be ruled out entirely. He's considered doubtful for Monday, with his next opportunity to take the court on Tuesday against the 76ers. That said, it seems more realistic that Griffin makes his highly anticipated return to the starting lineup on Saturday against the Warriors. We should see his status updated again in the next 24 hours, but for now, Griffin appears to be trending towards remaining sidelined for the next few contests.

Clippers' Raymond Felton: Registers 14 points in move back to bench
by RotoWire Staff | Special to CBSSports.com

Felton registered 14 points (6-17 FG, 2-6 3Pt), three rebounds and three assists over 30 minutes in Saturday's 123-98 loss to the Nuggets.

The veteran was moved out of the starting five in favor of Mareese Speights on Saturday, a move that may stick for the immediate future. Felton still saw a healthy dose of minutes and posted his fourth consecutive double-digit scoring effort, and is now averaging a season-best 11.2 points, 4.3 assists, 3.7 rebounds, 1.1 steals and 0.7 blocks across 29.3 minutes over nine January contests.

Clippers' J.J. Redick: Bounces back with 14 points Saturday
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Redick supplied 14 points (6-15 FG, 2-7 3Pt), three assists, one rebound and two steals over 26 minutes in Saturday's 123-98 loss to the Nuggets.

Redick had struggled through a 36.4 percent-shooting night on Thursday versus the T-Wolves, so Saturday represented a bounce-back of sorts for the veteran sharpshooter. The 11-year pro has double-digit point totals in all but one of the Clippers' nine January contests, and figures to continue seeing a bit of extra involvement on offense while backcourt mate Chris Paul (thumb) remains sidelined over the next few weeks.

Clippers' Austin Rivers: Tallies 16 points in Saturday loss
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Rivers managed 16 points (7-12 FG, 2-4 3Pt), five assists and two rebounds over 26 minutes in Saturday's 123-98 loss to the Nuggets.

Rivers rattled off his fourth straight double-digit scoring effort and shot at least 50 percent for the third time over that span in the process. The fifth-year pro figures to continue receiving run with the starting five while Chris Paul (thumb) is sidelined, providing him with an opportunity to offer strong returns in scoring, assists, rebounds and shooting percentage in season-long formats. Rivers is now averaging a solid 17.1 points, 4.3 assists, 3.0 rebounds, 0.5 steals and 0.4 blocks in the eight January contests he's played in.

Clippers' Marreese Speights: Scores 18 in Saturday start
by RotoWire Staff | Special to CBSSports.com

Speights went for 18 points (7-10 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), three rebounds, two assists and one steal over 28 minutes in Saturday's 123-98 loss to the Nuggets.

The veteran big man entered the starting five as the Clippers looked to infuse some offense into the first unit, and Speights responded accordingly. The 29-year-old posted his fourth double-digit scoring effort in the last six games, while draining multiple threes for the fifth time over that span. It remains to be seen if Speights will remain in his current spot for the Clippers' next tilt, which comes on Monday night versus the Hawks.
