76ers' Nerlens Noel: Expects to play Wednesday
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Noel (ankle) said he expects to play Wednesday against Toronto, Tom Moore of Calkins Media reports.

Noel conceded that his sprained left ankle is still "a little sore," but he went on to note that he "definitely should be able to go [Wednesday]," per Moore. The big man sat out Monday's win over Milwaukee but prior to that had played at least 20 minutes in four of the Sixers' previous six games. That said, with Jahlil Okafor (ankle) and Joel Embiid (rest) both expected to be available, it remains to be seen how coach Brett Brown will handle the center rotation.

76ers' Joel Embiid: Sits out practice, probable Wednesday
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Embiid did not practice Tuesday but is considered probable to play Wednesday against the Raptors.

Embiid was simply held out to rest after playing Monday afternoon in Milwaukee, as the 76ers continue to closely monitor his on-court workload. Expect the leading Rookie of the Year candidate to be back in action Wednesday under his usual restriction of around 28 minutes.

76ers' T.J. McConnell: Hopes to play Wednesday, considered doubtful
by RotoWire Staff | Special to CBSSports.com

McConnell (wrist) told reporters that he hopes to play Wednesday against the Raptors, Jessica Camerato of CSN Philadelphia reports. The team is listing McConnell as doubtful, however.

McConnell suffered a sprained right wrist Monday against Milwaukee and donned a split at Tuesday's practice. The point guard said he hopes to take the court Wednesday but noted that the decision will ultimately be in the hands of the 76ers' coaching staff.

76ers' Dario Saric: Goes for 17 off bench in win
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Saric recorded 17 points (6-11 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 3-3 FT), nine rebounds, four assists and one steal across 24 minutes in Monday's 113-104 win over the Bucks.

After begin 2017 on a brutal four game stretch going just 12-for-38 from the field for an average of 31.6 percent, Saric has rebounded nicely in his last three games shooting 13-for-28 for an average of 46.4 percent. Over half of his shots have come from three point range in that span and he's connected on 50 percent of them. Still the rookie from isn't reliable enough to be counted on in anything but deeper fantasy leagues.

76ers' Joel Embiid: Records double-double in win Monday
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Embiid scored 22 points (4-9 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 13-18 FT) with 12 rebounds, five blocks, two assists and two steals across 28 minutes in Monday's 113-104 win over the Bucks.

After sitting out Saturday's game against the Wizards to rest on the back-to-back, EMbiid bounced back with his sixth 20-plus point game in as many tries to start the New Year. He took advantage of the Bucks' smaller centers, John Henson and Greg Monroe, by drawing foul after foul for a season-high 18 free throws. His five blocks were also good for a seaosn-high. Embiid will face off against Jonas Valanciunas and the Raptors on Wednesday.
