--G Kirk Hinrich looked comfortable in his first action with the Hawks, knocking down 3 of 6 shots from the floor and finishing with eight points, three rebounds and three assists in just 17 minutes of action. The plan is still for him to take over at point guard, replacing Jeff Teague as early as Sunday's game against Portland. He'll have at least one practice to get ready.
--G Jamal Crawford wanted to punish yet another one of his former teams, but he shot just 3-for-10 from the floor against the Warriors and all three makes were 3-pointers. His nine points in somewhat limited minutes wasn't exactly the sort of showing that makes the natives restless about your return.
--F Marvin Williams went back into the starting lineup and came back with one of his typical showings as a starter, which is nothing to write home about. He was a pedestrian 2-for-7 from the floor and had as many turnovers (6) as he did combined points and rebounds. If it isn't clear to the Hawks by now, it should be -- Williams is much more effective off the bench than he is in the starting unit.
