--G John Salmons easily had his best game in recent weeks against the Wizards Tuesday night in Washington. Salmons scored 22 points, hitting on 7-of-14 shots from the field. In the three previous games, Salmons scored a combined 31 points and shot only 12-of-33 from the field.
--F Jon Brockman's minutes were drastically reduced with Andrew Bogut returning to action Tuesday night against the Wizards. Brockman, whom the Bucks acquired in a trade with the Kings over the summer, played just eight minutes against the Wizards. He had played at least 26 minutes in the three prior games, including a 34-minute outing against the Celtics on Sunday. In those three games, Brockman grabbed 23 games -- or nearly eight a game.
--F Corey Maggette didn't travel with the team to Washington for Tuesday night's game against the Wizards after suffering a bruised knee in Sunday's game against the Celtics. Maggette was limping noticeably after leaving the locker room and said he intended on getting a MRI on the knee in the next couple of days. Bucks coach Scott Skiles said he wasn't sure whether Maggette would play Wednesday night when the Bucks host the Cavaliers.
--F Ersan Ilyasova (concussion) sat out his fifth straight game Tuesday night against the Wizards. He is listed as day to day.
--F Drew Gooden (plantar fasciitis and bruised heel) is expected to return within a week
--G Michael Redd (knee surgery) has rejoined the team but said he doesn't expect to play until later this month.
