--The Magic were without a real power forward Friday night against the Nets. Although it was expected to be the deepest position on the roster, there was no one available Friday for coach Stan Van Gundy. Only Ryan Anderson (sprained ankle) was even in the arena. Brandon Bass (flu) and Rashard Lewis (suspension) were at home.

--The Magic were playing a team Friday that had no sympathy for their injury woes. The Nets were without Courtney Lee, Devin Harris, and Yi Jianlian, all of whom started against the Magic earlier this season.

--The Magic had all five starters reach double figure points Friday night. The Magic are 6-0 this season when all five starters score at least 10 points.
