--G Jose Calderon leads the team in assists with just over nine per game -- fitting, given his role as the team's starting point guard and distributor.
But Sunday he led the team in rebounding in a game for the first time since 2005. He had eight boards -- one off his career high -- in a 114-96 loss to Dallas.
--F James Johnson is giving the Raptors something they haven't had in years: Someone who can handle point-forward duties.
Johnson set a career high with seven assists, to go along with eight points and seven rebounds in Toronto's loss to Dallas on Sunday.
However, taking 12 shots is not something the Raptors want.
"He's got to be a little bit more selective but he rebounds the basketball and passes the basketball and you've got to give the guy little bit of leeway sometimes, because teams play him to be just a passer," coach Jay Triano said.
--G Leandro Barbosa is supposed to be one of Toronto's main three-point threats, but when he made two in six attempts on Sunday in a loss to Dallas, it was the first time in 11 games that he'd made more than one.
