Eagles' DeSean Jackson, Jeremy Maclin likely to play Sunday

By Josh Katzowitz | NFL Writer

With four Eagles receivers on the injury list heading into their Week 2 matchup vs. the Ravens, you had to wonder to whom exactly Michael Vick would be throwing when the game kicks off at 1 p.m. (on CBS!).

Riley Cooper (collarbone) was declared out. And though Jason Avant (wrist) was listed as probable, the two most important Eagles receivers -- DeSean Jackson (hamstring) and Jeremy Maclin (hip) -- were noted as questionable.

According to CBSSports.com's Jason La Canfora, though, Jackson and Maclin probably will play. A league source told La Canfora that Jackson, barring a setback, is likely to participate and that Maclin “has told people he intends to play as well.”

Neither practiced much this week, and the final determination on their ability to suit up will come during and after game warmups.
