Brady Quinn replaces KC QB Matt Cassel after big hit by Ravens

By Josh Katzowitz | NFL Writer

With Chiefs quarterback Matt Cassel under fire for his subpar play in what has been a disaster of a season in Kansas City, Cassel is out of the game for now with a head injury after taking a massive shot from Baltimore's Haloti Ngata.

Ngata sandwiched Cassel with Paul Kruger midway through the fourth quarter, leaving the Chiefs quarterback flat on his back.

Brady Quinn entered the game with the Chiefs losing 9-3 and promptly converted a nice third-and-7 pass to Dwayne Bowe to get the first down that led to a Kansas City field goal.

To show how much Cassel means to Kansas City fans, the crowd reportedly chanted Quinn's name when Cassel was lying on the field. He's questionable to return.
