Browns CB Joe Haden inactive for Sunday game against Cowboys

By Will Brinson | NFL Writer

It's a personal thing on Sunday when the Cowboys and Browns square off. At least for Rob Ryan, anyway. And since Joe Haden won't be playing cornerback for Cleveland, it'll probably be a little bit easier to get revenge.

Haden, who's dealing with an oblique injury, will miss his fifth game of the season. His absence will make things much tougher on the Browns.

Cleveland is 0-4 this season without Haden, giving up an average of 274.5 passing yards per game when he's on the sideline (or suspended).

When Haden plays, Cleveland gives up just 226.8 passing yards per game and is 2-3 this season.

In other words, having Haden in the lineup helps a whole lot. Against a Dallas team that features two dynamic receiving weapons in Dez Bryant and Miles Austin, Cleveland's defense could be in for a long day without its top corner.

From a fantasy perspective, you want to make sure Austin/Bryant and Tony Romo are starting for your team this week. Of course, you'd know that if you were watching Fantasy Football Today and checking out the inactives page on a regular basis.
