Lions WR Calvin Johnson excels at one-handed catches

By Ryan Wilson | CBSSports.com

The Lions and the Colts both need a win on Sunday. As it stands, Detroit is on the outside looking in in the NFC wild-card race (at 13th as of kickoff) while Indy is the fifth seed in the AFC. But there's plenty of football left, as they say, and a loss would be problematic for either team (but more so for the Lions, obviously).

But Detroit has the great offensive equalizer, and his name is Calvin Johnson. Here's the one-handed gem that he hauled in during the second quarter of Sunday's game (follow all the action on CBSSports.com's GameTracker):

Credit to SBNation for the .gif and this one-liner: "Calvin Johnson could be the Jim Abbott of the NFL."
