Mankins: Gronk 'a big meathead that likes to party and play football'

Rob Gronkowski likes to dance shirtless. We know that for sure. The Patriots tight end also enjoys wrestling on the dance floor, even if his arm is broken. We know that as well.

While he's not doing anything illegal (or, it should be noted, wrong), CBSSports.com's Mike Freeman also writes that Gronkowski is not necessarily making his employers happy with his offseason antics.

But leave it to New England guard Logan Mankins to summarize everything in a succinct (and somewhat-hilarious) manner.

"As long as he's not getting DUIs & doing things that are against the law ... I don't think he's hurting anyone,” Mankins told ESPN Boston's Mike Reiss. "Hopefully he doesn't hurt his arm. Then that would be bad. Gronk is a big meathead that likes to party and play football."

The meathead line is killer, and though it's unclear if Gronkowski is as much of a meathead as this guy, Gronkowski also doesn't seem to mind giving off that impression.

Which is cool by us.

But Mankins also points out that this would all be a different story if Gronkowski had actually hurt his arm while wrestling one of his dance partners recently. Because a meathead with a hurt arm, no matter how talented he is on the football field, isn't of much use to anybody.
