While the Redskins reportedly are excited about Robert Griffin III's rehab and some believe he might be ready to play by Week 1 of next season, Griffin himself has lent a little perspective to the debate.

This is what he tweeted Tuesday morning:

That attitude, of course, is smart. Much smarter than him apparently convincing Redskins coach Mike Shanahan that he should keep playing Griffin even when he clearly had reinjured his knee against the Seahawks in the playoffs.

Hopefully, this is the kind of attitude Griffin will take moving forward regarding his health, because it seemed like, against the Seahawks, he's the only one who would have been willing to save him from himself.
