The New Orleans Saints and free-agent tight end Benjamin Watson have agreed to a three-year deal, the team announced Monday.

Watson, 32, spent the last three seasons as the starting tight end for the Browns. He caught 49 passes for 501 yards and three touchdowns last year in Cleveland.

The Saints will pair Watson with fellow tight end Jimmy Graham, giving Drew Brees yet another weapon to throw to. Watson is also a valuable blocker.

Prior to joining the Browns, Watson spent six years with the New England Patriots.
